Women’s of Afghanistan demand government jobs, representation

KABUL: Tons of Afghan women from all walks of life held a complaint in Kabul difficult for
the Taliban to deliver govt jobs and equal symbols in society, the media reported.

Some women who joined in Wednesday's protest were former employees of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, who lost their jobs following the Taliban takeover last August, TOLO News reported.

One such participant, Ferozan A
miri, said: "We the women working in the Independent Managerial Reform and Civil Service Commission, and the 28 percent active force of the govt department, have agonized major hurt with the fall of the Islamic Nation of Afghan and the Taliban's ruling on government subdivisions on August 16, 2021."

The activists also released a resolve which comprised five points -- permitting females to work; women's expressive presence in the government's decision-making body about women's affairs; creation of strategies to support women's rights; conservation of posts which were employed by women; and the conception of a safe environment for women.
