100,000 youths provided jobs in 2 years, aide tells PM of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Special Associate to the prime minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar on Monday informed Prime Minister Imran Khan that service has been provided to over 150,000 youths over the past 2 years.

 

Showing the two-year development report on the Kamiyab Jewan National Youth Development Programmes to the prime minister, Mr. Dar said over Rs35 billion was also distributed among the youths from October 2019 to October this year2020.

 

He said 5 more pro-youth creativities would be threw soon under the programme. The project of the programme’s inventiveness called Vision 2020 was being prepared. By 2023, the programme will be the largest source for providing engagement and encouraging businesses in the country, the special associate said.

The PM stressed the need for taking all-out events for the presence of youths in all sectors to enable them to pay to the aim of better future. The government was focusing on abusing the power of youths for socio-economic development of the country.

 

The report says Rs30 billion was dispersed under the youth free enterprise scheme alone. The amount was payed among youths crossways the country chastely on worth and in a translucent manner, it says.

 

During the 2-year period, 21,000 new businesses were started, and 55,000 people gated straight employment.
